Restricted systems for authorised SwishJustice engagements,
case management, and protected communications.
Restricted Access
The SwishJustice Secure Portal is available only to authorised
parties following formal engagement, vetting, and approval.
Access credentials are issued directly by SwishJustice. Unauthorised
access attempts are prohibited.
Current Status
The Secure Portal is not currently available for public access.
Systems are deployed incrementally to ensure security, integrity,
and compliance with legal and operational requirements.
Intended Functions
When operational, the Secure Portal will support authorised
functions including:
- Secure communications with SwishJustice teams
- Protected document and evidence submission
- Case status and engagement tracking
- Controlled information exchange
No functionality is made available until appropriate safeguards
are fully implemented.
Security & Compliance
The Secure Portal will operate in accordance with SwishJustice
information security standards, data protection requirements, and
evidence integrity controls.
Systems will be subject to access control, monitoring, and audit.
