Engage SwishJustice

Engagement with SwishJustice is controlled, structured, and subject to legal, evidential, and public-interest assessment.

Who May Engage

SwishJustice accepts engagement from organisations, institutions, and corporate entities seeking investigative, prosecutorial, or protective services.

Engagement is not open-access. All submissions are subject to review and may be declined without explanation.

Engagement Pathways

SwishJustice considers the following types of engagement:

Case Submissions

Submission of a matter does not constitute acceptance, instruction, or the commencement of an investigation.

All matters are assessed against evidential sufficiency, legal authority, jurisdiction, proportionality, and public-interest considerations.

Anonymous submissions are accepted and reviewed where sufficient information is provided.

Emergency Matters

SwishJustice accepts emergency and imminent risk matters where lawful and appropriate.

SwishJustice is not an emergency service. Where immediate danger to life exists, local emergency services should be contacted without delay.

Protection & Security Requests

Requests for protective or security services are subject to mandatory vetting and risk assessment.

Services may be provided to individuals or organisations where serious risk is identified and lawful authority exists.

Law Enforcement & Government Liaison

Dedicated engagement pathways exist for law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, regulators, and government bodies.

Such engagement is handled separately from public submissions and is subject to jurisdictional and legal requirements.

Media & Public Interest Contact

SwishJustice maintains a restricted media engagement function.

No comment is provided on active investigations or legal proceedings. Media engagement is limited to concluded matters or where lawful and in the public interest.

Confidentiality & Use of Information

Information submitted to SwishJustice may be retained, reviewed, shared with competent authorities, or disclosed where lawful or required.

False, malicious, or abusive submissions may be rejected and may result in further action.

Proceed With Engagement

Engagement with SwishJustice is undertaken deliberately and without obligation. Only matters meeting required thresholds will proceed.
