Engagement with SwishJustice is controlled, structured, and
subject to legal, evidential, and public-interest assessment.
Who May Engage
SwishJustice accepts engagement from organisations, institutions,
and corporate entities seeking investigative, prosecutorial, or
protective services.
Engagement is not open-access. All submissions are subject to
review and may be declined without explanation.
Engagement Pathways
SwishJustice considers the following types of engagement:
- Submission of matters for investigation or private prosecution
- Emergency or imminent risk matters
- Protection and security service requests
- Law enforcement, regulatory, or governmental liaison
- Legal and professional referrals
- Media and public-interest contact (restricted)
Case Submissions
Submission of a matter does not constitute acceptance, instruction,
or the commencement of an investigation.
All matters are assessed against evidential sufficiency, legal
authority, jurisdiction, proportionality, and public-interest
considerations.
Anonymous submissions are accepted and reviewed where sufficient
information is provided.
Emergency Matters
SwishJustice accepts emergency and imminent risk matters where
lawful and appropriate.
SwishJustice is not an emergency service. Where immediate danger
to life exists, local emergency services should be contacted
without delay.
Protection & Security Requests
Requests for protective or security services are subject to
mandatory vetting and risk assessment.
Services may be provided to individuals or organisations where
serious risk is identified and lawful authority exists.
Law Enforcement & Government Liaison
Dedicated engagement pathways exist for law enforcement agencies,
prosecutors, regulators, and government bodies.
Such engagement is handled separately from public submissions and
is subject to jurisdictional and legal requirements.
Media & Public Interest Contact
SwishJustice maintains a restricted media engagement function.
No comment is provided on active investigations or legal proceedings.
Media engagement is limited to concluded matters or where lawful and
in the public interest.
Confidentiality & Use of Information
Information submitted to SwishJustice may be retained, reviewed,
shared with competent authorities, or disclosed where lawful or
required.
False, malicious, or abusive submissions may be rejected and may
result in further action.

obligation. Only matters meeting required thresholds will proceed.
