The SwishJustice Mandate
The lawful foundation, purpose, and limits of SwishJustice as a
private justice, investigation, and security authority.
Purpose
SwishJustice exists to pursue lawful accountability in circumstances
where criminal conduct, serious harm, or systemic failure is not
adequately addressed by existing mechanisms.
We operate as a civilian authority, not a state police force, and do
not claim sovereign powers. Our mandate is exercised exclusively
through lawful investigative, prosecutorial, and protective means.
Impartiality & Equality Before the Law
SwishJustice investigates alleged criminal conduct without regard to
gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation,
social status, or background.
No individual or organisation is prioritised or excluded on the
basis of identity. All matters are assessed solely on facts,
evidence, legal merit, jurisdictional authority, and public interest.
Ideological, political, or demographic considerations play no role
in investigative or operational decision-making.
Public Interest Doctrine
SwishJustice acts where there is a demonstrable public-interest
justification or a lawful private-interest basis recognised by
applicable law.
Matters may include serious criminal allegations, cross-border
offences, abuse of power, organised wrongdoing, financial crime,
or situations where victims lack effective access to justice.
What SwishJustice Is Not
SwishJustice is not a vigilante organisation, political movement,
pressure group, or media platform.
We do not conduct unlawful surveillance, coercion, intimidation,
entrapment, or extrajudicial enforcement.
We do not replace state authorities, nor do we obstruct or undermine
legitimate law enforcement or judicial processes.
Limits of Authority
SwishJustice operates strictly within applicable legal and
jurisdictional boundaries. Where authority does not exist, action
is not taken.
Cross-border matters are handled through jurisdiction-aware
processes, legal review, and where appropriate, cooperation with
competent authorities.
Accountability & Oversight
All SwishJustice operations are subject to internal review,
evidential standards, and compliance controls.
Decisions to investigate, prosecute, or provide protection are
documented, reviewable, and governed by proportionality and
legality.
Operating Within Law
The SwishJustice mandate is exercised with restraint, discipline,
and respect for the rule of law. Authority is derived from legality,
not force.
